1. Introduction

At Food Untethered LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds in compliance with UK law.


2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, you must notify us via email or in writing. You then have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the items.

3. Returning an Item

To return an item, please ensure that:
• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
• You return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalised items, and sealed products (if opened), may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
• We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs.
• If you opted for an enhanced delivery service, only the standard delivery cost will be
refunded.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

6. Exceptions

The following items may not be eligible for a return or refund unless faulty:
