
Banana and Coconut Smoothie

Making this smoothie can be a fun activity to share with friends. Whether you're hosting a brunch or just looking for something to do together, blending up some banana and coconut goodness is sure to bring smiles all around. Cheers to health and happiness in a glass!

Ingredients
100g coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp milk of your choice (such as almond milk)
½ tsp ground turmeric
3cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
2 tsp baobab powder (optional)
1 small ripe banana
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp oats
juice of 0.5 a lemon
Directions
Step 1
Add the coconut yogurt and milk to a high-speed blender then add the turmeric, fresh ginger and baobab powder (if using).
Step 2
Tip in the remaining ingredients then blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add ice and blitz again if you prefer a colder drink.
Step 4
Pour into glasses and serve.
